Can I Return or Exchange My Purchased Items for Any Reason?

Yes you can always return within 15 days of your purchase if you have not used or opened the product. You will have to send it back to us at your on cost of shipping; it will take 7-10 days to processes your refund / exchange after receiving back our products.
In case where the product is broken / used or opened we will decline the refund or exchange.

Who handles the shipping & freight?

Saffronskincare.pk is not a shipping company so we don’t provide any delivery services directly; we have hired one of the best courier companies of Pakistan for delivering all your orders at your doorstep.

On purchases of 2000 and above the courier charges will be paid by the company

Less than 2000 purchase 200 courier charges will be charged to your order

How do I cancel an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. We do our best to ensure fast delivery and it would be advisable to check your order before placing it.

However, you may cancel your order by emailing us at mudassarsh4711@gmail.com before the order has been processed.

* Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

* Custom orders can only be canceled within 3 days of order placement.

* Saffronskincare.pk has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
